Over 3 Mondays (Sept 15, 22, 29 | 6pm MDT) we’ll spend 4 hours diving into a dynamic, accessible choreography—full of familiar FCBD® steps plus a splash of old-school belly dance, playful twists, shimmies, and isolations. Perfect if you’re ready to step a little outside the comfortable “ATS® dance box.”
