This is Part One of Azalia Special Workshop: Extreme ATS® for All and perfect for students who have never tried these unique movements, or beginner students who know some basic ATS® slow vocabulary. Of course it’s perfect for advanced students who’d like to polish their technique! You will get a great workout and plenty of drills to take home so let’s start working towards these beautiful ATS® moves!
