If you sit/stand a lot during the day and want to improve your FloorWork or just want to get a good full-body stretch, this class is for you! Reduce pain and increase range of motion by safely developing flexibility, strength & stamina. Various options will be given to accommodate all students. Feel free to contact Kae if you have questions or concerns. All body types and flexibility levels are welcome.

Be sure to dress in stretchy layers for movement. Bring a yoga mat and a yoga block, a Mobility Peanut Ball (or a tennis/lacrosse ball,) a reusable water bottle, knee pads, and a towel.

This class is limited to 5 students at Studio Azalia per class.
