New stretching & workout class starting February at Studio Azalia!
If you sit/stand a lot during the day and want to improve your FloorWork or just want to get a good full-body stretch, this class is for you! Reduce pain and increase range of motion by safely developing flexibility, strength & stamina. Various options will be given to accommodate all students. Feel free to contact Kae if you have questions or concerns. All body types and flexibility levels are welcome. EVERY BODY WANTS TO BE FLEXIBLE.
Be sure to dress in stretchy layers for movement. Bring a yoga mat and 2 yoga blocks, a lacrosse ball (or massage ball/tennis ball/Peanut Mobility Ball,) a reusable water bottle, knee pads, and a towel.
$25 ($30 w/payment processing fees)
This class is limited to 5 students per class at Studio Azalia. You can still join online via Skype/Google Hangouts. Contact Kae if you’re out of town students and interested in taking this class online!
